Welcome to Soul Journey Guidance. By accessing this website or booking any of our wellness, coaching, healing, or somatic offerings ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book sessions.

Nature of our services

Soul Journey Guidance provides wellness coaching, soul mentorship, energy work, and somatic bodywork. These services are intended to support general wellbeing, personal growth, and relaxation. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed healthcare. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a session or purchase any offering. By booking, you confirm you are an adult of sound mind and able to enter into this agreement.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your health and history when asked.
• Inform Christina of any condition, injury, medication, or pregnancy that may affect a session.
• Arrive on time and prepared. Late arrivals may shorten your session.
• Treat sessions, the practitioner, and the space with respect.

Bookings, payment & cancellations

• Pricing is shared privately through inquiry or a Discovery Call.
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may be charged in full.
• Packages and memberships are non-transferable and generally non-refundable once redeemed in part.

No therapist–patient relationship

Use of this site or participation in any Service does not create a physician–patient, therapist–client, or licensed professional–client relationship. Coaching and energy work are complementary practices and are not regulated healthcare in most jurisdictions.

Assumption of risk

You voluntarily participate in our Services and assume all risks associated with that participation. You agree to release and hold harmless Soul Journey Guidance and Christina Shipman from any claims arising from your use of the Services, except where prohibited by law.

Confidentiality

What you share in session stays in session, except where disclosure is required by law (for example, if there is a credible risk of harm to yourself or another person, or in response to a valid legal order).

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the healing guide, written materials, and images — is owned by Soul Journey Guidance and provided for your personal use only. Please do not reproduce, resell, or redistribute without written permission.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Services and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Journey Guidance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
